All residents of Earlewood are invited to attend all or part of our neighborhood quarterly meetings in the Community Center in Earlewood Park. All residents are encouraged to attend and help make Earlewood an even better place to live.

6:30 – 7 :00 pm
The quarterly Police & Safety meeting begins at 6:30 pm or 30 minutes prior to the General Membership meeting. The PACE officer assigned to Earlewood attends to answer any questions and address safety concerns of residents.
7 :00 – 8:00 pm
Quarterly neighborhood meetings are held on the third Thursday in January, April, July and October at the Earlewood Park Community Center. Reminder signs are placed around the neighborhood. Topics that are important to the quality of life of Earlewood are discussed. All residents of Earlewood are encouraged to attend and get to know their neighbors!
Trunk or Treat provides a safe and fun alternative for families to celebrate and enjoy Halloween!
Impact Earelwood, the Quality of Life committee for Earlewood Community Citizens Organization is bringing the fun to the St. Mark United Methodist Church parking lot. Community members will gather and park their cars in the parking lot of St. Mark. Cars will be decorated and trunks filled with candy for all the little ones to trick or treat. Prizes will be awarded during a costume contest at 6:30!
With lots of treats for kids and adults alike, ECCO Trunk or Treat at St. Mark United Methodist Church is great Halloween fun for the whole community!
If you would like to register to participate, please see the following information:
- Vehicle owners must register with the attached form by October 22, 2012 in order to participate.
- Registered vehicles should arrive between 4:45-5:15. For safety reasons, the event area will be closed to ALL moving traffic from 5:15-7:15. Volunteers may not move their vehicle until 7:15.
- When giving out toys, prizes or candy please remember that children will range in age from infants to young teens. Individually wrapped candy may be the best option for the 250+ treaters expected.
- All volunteers are encouraged to decorate their vehicle with the spookiest decorations. A contest for the Best Trunk will take place at 6:30, along with a costume contest for the children.
- Electricity will not be provided to registered vehicles in the event area so please bring flashlights.

The 2012 Thanksgiving Dinner will be the first neighborhood event held in the new Community Center in Earlewood Park. The Thanksgiving Dinner is a long-standing Earlewood tradition that is enjoyed by everyone. All Earlewood residents and their friends are invited.
We ask those who can do so to bring a dish – a salad, vegetable or dessert. The neighborhood association will provide the turkey and dressing and iced tea. Please bring your contribution to the new community center between 6:30 and 7:00 so we can get all the food on the tables.
We will have the blessing at 7:15 p.m. and then our meal will begin.
Make plans to kick off the season with your friends and neighbors at Earlewood’s Holiday Party. There will be great food with lots of spirits and good cheer! No need to get all dressed up – casual clothes are fine. And children are welcome.
Ford and Martha Mason will host the Holiday Party this year at their home on Keenan Drive. Come by anytime between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you want to contribute food – please bring your favorite dessert. We look forward to celebrating the Holidays with our neighbors!
